At the Camberwell MA Summer Degree Show, 2023, I exhibited GARDEN CRATERS (three sculptures), Cactus Farm (a sculpture and print), and Still Digging (a video projection onto a paper roll with chalk).

 

I discuss the process of making GARDEN CRATERS and my analysis of the three-part work in my critical reflection. The Still Digging ​projection showcases the documentation of my digging process for GARDEN CRATERS in interactive form. Finally, Cactus Farm brings together my work casting holes in Margate, UK, and 3D scans that I took in Southern Spain of a retired Opuntia indica-ficus farm.

On the top floor of C Block, I exhibited alongside Ziqi Cheng, Nele Bergmans, Wei Qi Sun, Jianing Kang, Tianyang Xia and Xinyu Zhou. During the week prior to the exhibition, I was heavily involved in constructing and painting walls and floor, and curation with drawing pathway leader Sarah Woodfine, Kate Terry, and Mujeeb Bhatti. The resulting exhibition, which is meant to be a series of individual showcases in a group space, nevertheless communicated strong associations relating to landscape, drawing research, and material choice cross artists.
